Shotcall is a free social prediction game. No real money, cryptocurrency, or items of monetary value are wagered, won, or lost on this platform.
You agree to use Shotcall only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soroosh Sorkhani and Shotcall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Since Shotcall involves no real money or items of value, our aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to CAD $0 (nil), as no monetary harm can result from use of a free, non-monetary platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via the in-app announcement banner. Your continued use of Shotcall after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
